Kahea was an original member of the Solid Gold dancers. She stayed with the show through the end of the 1983-84 season. Known as an athletic dancer, Kahea is best remembered for all her gymnastic abilities on the show. She had previously been a national competitor in gymnastics for a period of five years. While a member of Solid Gold cast, Kahea was featured in the Solid Gold 5-Day Workout video, along with the rest of the 1983-84 dancers. After Solid Gold, Kahea was featured in the 1990 movie "Deadly Dancer" which starred former breakdancing star Shabba Doo. Kahea played the role of "Kim" - a stripper who witnesses the murder of her best friend. Kahea, who stands 5'2, was born on November 30 in Mill Valley, CA. It is said that Kahea is currently working as a personal fitness trainer, although specifics are not known at this time.
