The following is a transcript of Darcel's appearance on the Late Night with David Letterman show, where she danced during the Top-Ten segment and briefly spoke with Dave afterwards.

Letterman: You don't have a last name?

Darcel: Well, I do but I just don't use it.

Letterman: On your driver's license you must.

Darcel: Yeah, legally I can go as Darcel.

Letterman: So you are Darcel?

Darcel: I'm Darcel.

Letterman: Thanks for helping us out. You did a really nice job, as you do every week on your program.

Darcel: Thank you.

Letterman: What is the most difficult part of what you do on that show?

Darcel: Oh, learning and remembering the steps because we have two openings, a closing and 20 countdowns...

Letterman: Yeah

Darcel: ...so it's like what do we do next.

Letterman: A lot of work?
